Care Instructions
Foam:
Spot clean core with mild detergent, by hand only. Dry at room temperature, away from heat or sunlight.
Cover:
Machine wash: cold, gentle cycle. Wash other colours separately. Do not bleach, line dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
Your play couch accessories must be unboxed within 2 weeks of receiving it to qualify for warranty coverage or be eligible for any replacement due to a manufacturer defect. This is because our play couches and accessories are compressed and rolled, and if left too long, the foam may not expand fully. Compressed foam cannot be left in its packaging for more than a few months without risking not rebounding fully, and depending on when your play couch and/or play couch accessories is ordered/delivered, it may have already been packaged for several weeks.
We recommend washing darker covers (midnight blue, plum and red specifically) separately prior to use to prevent any colour transfer. Machine wash cold with detergent (you can add a cup of white vinegar in the wash as well) with zippers closed, hang or lay flat to dry with zippers open.

We recently purchased an epic archways and doors set for Christmas and every piece has been in constant use. The foam itself is strong—holding up the my rowdy kids no problem. Even with the doors out, second story builds supported on the arches are stable and can hold weight and stay stable even with rough play. It did take me a little bit to learn how to build with the arches—they need some support on the sides and top to stay upright. In the double cover this isn’t a problem at all.
The fabric is fantastic—my 9 year old calls them the soft covers and wants to replace all our other covers. Well sewn, sturdy zippers, feels very quality.
I knew my kids would love the option to add doors to builds, but I had no idea these pieces would be so versatile. Lots of fort building of course, but the doors also make wonderful stair step bases, sleds to speed down a slide, shields for nerf wars, etc. The arches (when not supporting a big build) are constantly in use as a seat or car or boat or some new thing. So much so that I need to order a second set so all three of my kids can have their own arch.
Overall, excellent product, well worth the money. Highly recommend and would absolutely buy again (and will soon).
We ordered the arches for a Christmas gift to add to our play couch and are very pleased with the density and build of the product! We have a big four year old - and he will definitely be able to grow with EpicKidz products… density is key!

We added these arches to our foam couch collection and they’re a huge hit. The product is high quality and a lot of fun in creating new configurations. The handles and waterproof covers are an improvement over other brands.
Went out of my comfort zone with buying the mustard colour and I’m happy to say that it was well worth it. The colour is so rich and beautiful and it will pair so well with the dark and light blues that we already have. The arches themselves are very sturdy and my toddler and I appreciate the handles on all 4 pieces to make lifting and building easier. Can’t wait to build more with them.
