SHIPPING AREA
Free Shipping Area
Epic Kidz Play Solutions Inc offers free shipping on orders over $200 within Canada and the contiguous US.
For orders under $200, we charge $15 in shipping.
Extended Shipping Area
Shipping is available in other areas not covered in the free shipping area, as well as APO addresses. Contact Us and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
In-stock items
In stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your label is created. We ship from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Shipping usually takes anywhere from 2-14 days depending on where we are shipping to.
Occasionally, shipping delays with FedEx, Canpar, UPS or Canada Post may occur due to weather or other factors. For this reason, we don't guarantee a delivery date.
Pre-orders
Items that are not currently in stock will not show an "add to cart" button, but rather a "PRE-ORDER (estimated ship date below)" button. Below, in red letters, will be a timeline.
Some companies do “drops” where customers have to be logged into the website at a specific time and stress out to place their order immediately before everything sells out (sometimes within minutes). We wanted to structure our pre-orders differently where it was not as stressful of a shopping experience for customers, and where everyone had an equal chance of ordering our product.
Please note: The estimated shipping or pickup date is an estimation. Although it is rare, there is a possibility of delays that are outside of our control (usually due to weather or congestion at the port). By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that delays are possible.
USA ORDERS
We ship to the USA using FedEx or UPS depending on the location. We pay all duties, customs fees and shipping costs. Customers do not receive any additional bills following the delivery of their order.
Most orders are delivered in 3-7 business days. Occasionally, there might be delays at customs, or delays because of weather or other factors that are outside of our control.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
An email is sent to the customer with the tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created. Please make sure to keep an eye on the tracking.
