Return/Refund Policy

All products that have been fulfilled and delivered cannot be cancelled or returned. If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@epickidzplay.com (subject to 15% restocking and cancellation fee). For pre-orders, estimated shipping times are provided on the product page.
We do not accept returns due to logistical and packaging purposes. 

 

Damages and issues

If your product is somehow defective upon arrival, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery date for any damages or issues to be eligible for resolve.
